While distractions are everywhere, God gives us the power to stay focused through faith and discipline. Here are some ways to guard against the enemy’s tactics:

- Recognize the Source of Distractions – Ask yourself if something is drawing you closer to God or pulling you away.
- Limit Distractions – Set boundaries with social media, entertainment, and unnecessary commitments that take time away from your spiritual growth.
- Surround Yourself with Godly Influence – Spend time with those who encourage your faith and hold you accountable.
- Put on the Armor of God – Ephesians 6:11 reminds us to put on the full armor of God so that we can stand against the devil’s schemes.
